This is apparently a demo, but it's a damned long one! It's a good classic-style Megazeux game which does a lot of stuff right and some stuff very wrong.

The game looks great for having such a simplistic aesthetic. There's a lot of animation and cutscenes, and most of the boards in the game have an interesting look to them. Some parts are even impressive!

Most of the combat takes place in "mini-games." These are either good or really bad. An example of a bad one is the Missile Command mini-game. If you start firing too early the game won't advance. You have to wait at least until you see one of the missiles to start firing. There's an RPG battle where the enemy's attack don't even cause damage, and selecting the heal option will lock up the game.

On that note, you probably shouldn't touch any object that initiates dialogue more than once unless you're sure that it's done. The game doesn't lock the player and will restart any dialogue scenes if you touch the originating robot more than once. The one in the JOB building may prevent you from advancing if you touch the clerk object more than once. On some non-interactive cutscenes, there are unavoidable explosions that harm the player.

Once you complete every area in the "Mario Map" segment of the game, you've beaten everything available. There is no specific ending scene.

Other than that, it's a long and interesting game. I recommend it mainly to those who've already played a lot of Megazeux. It's pretty good, but there are much better games out there... too bad, if it were complete and the bugs were fixed, I'd be able to recommend it more highly.
